Welcome! I look forward to sharing my interests in reading, technology, rubber stamping and paper crafts, photography, writing, Girl Scouting, and parenting my three children ages 18 to 12 years (as of April 2019).
I have been rubber stamping and paper crafting since 1995, and have been stamping and enthusiastically collecting rubber stamps and accessories ever since. I enjoy a variety of paper crafts, but in particular, I like making my own greeting cards. I especially like elegant, floral, cute, and clean and simple card making styles. In addition to stamping, I love my Cuttlebug, embossing folders and dies! I don’t find as much time as I’d like to craft, but I’d rather stamp than spend time shopping for cards, so I make time when I can. I owe much of my inspiration to the wonderful group of talented ladies in the local stamp club that I help to lead. (See my blog post for more information about my stamping area, above.)
I have a degree in Computer Science which naturally leads to my fascination with new technology. I enjoy learning about new technologies and sharing the information with others.
I was personally a Girl Scout through 10th grade and I have enjoyed leading my oldest daughter’s Junior and Cadette troops, and volunteering in my younger daughter’s troops. Girl Scouts was an important experience for me, and I have been a GS volunteer to help ensure that my daughters had the same opportunities to learn good values, and how to become future leaders and confident young women!
Thank you for visiting!
